With more than 15 years in the travel industry, Hayley founded The Travel Hunter with a vision to create more meaningful, immersive and off-the-beaten-path travel experiences for Australian travellers. Having also had the privilege of living in Tuscany, her connection to Italy goes far beyond travel, offering clients a genuine insider perspective shaped by local experience, trusted relationships and a deep appreciation for Italian culture and lifestyle.

Specialising in bespoke itineraries throughout Italy and beyond, Hayley combines expert planning with a highly personalised approach to create seamless journeys filled with authentic moments. From hidden hilltop villages and boutique stays to unforgettable culinary and cultural experiences, every itinerary is thoughtfully designed to help travellers discover destinations in a way that feels both effortless and deeply personal.

I’ve been using Hayley’s travel services since 2019, with trips to Italy and Hong Kong, followed by a tour through Eastern Europe and Sicily in 2025, and upcoming trips to Tokyo and the UK in 2026. What I appreciate most is the choice she provides; offering 4–5 accommodation options at each stop, along with curated side trips and “must-see” recommendations based on our interests and always off the beaten path!
